Frequently Asked Questions
There is no MOQ for custom products. If the order quantity is less than 300 units, we will charge a mold fee of $150 per design. If the order quantity exceeds 300 units, we will refund the mold fee.
This depends largely on the complexity of the design and manufacturing process. For simple modifications, samples are ready in 7-14 days. For completely new designs requiring mold creation, it typically takes 14-30 days.
Absolutely. We respect intellectual property and are happy to sign NDAs to protect your original designs.
