- Tier 1 (5–24 units): Shipping costs are billed at cost and are not eligible for any free shipping promotions. For Tier 2 and above, shipping cost sharing or FOB terms are negotiable.
Production Lead Time
- Sampling Phase: Please allow 7-14 days for sample preparation.

Tooling & Refund Terms
For orders requiring color changes, engraving, or custom packaging, the minimum order quantity has been increased to 100 units. Additionally, a separate mold/plate setup fee will be charged.
- Mold/Plate Step Fee: $150 per Design (*applicable for designs requiring new molds).
- Refund Policy: If the order quantity for products of this design reaches 300+, the mold cost will be 100% refunded.
